Our entire team has been trained on OMS guidelines so that they can safely perform their assigned tasks.

It will use all the necessary DPI with access to the structure controlled by a thermoscanner for temperature detection.

In each area of ​​the facility, dispensers will be available to customers and collaborators to dispense alcohol-based disinfectant gels.

Sanitized rooms: before arrival, the housekeeping service staff equipped with PPE will clean and sanitize the room with alcohol, chlorine and hydrogen peroxide based detergents as indicated by the Ministry of Health, using disposable material, with particular pay attention to the cleaning of remote controls, buttons and handles on doors and windows, wardrobes and showers.

During your stay the usual cleaning will be carried out or you can choose that none of the staff enter: in this case we will only provide you with a change of towels and linen.

Frequent sanitizing of the air conditioning filters will be carried out in all common areas and at each room change of the same in all the rooms reserved for you.

Bike Service: the use of bikes is guaranteed and will be sanitized twice a day. Digitization to minimize contact with all types of material through the use of online menus, online check-in and fast check out.
